Cancellation Policy
We keep a cancellation waiting list for those of you who have last minute needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so within a 8 hour of your reserved appointment. If we do not receive this 8 hour notice, a charge of the scheduled service will be assessed to your credit card or account. Unless we are able to refill that appointment, then it will be waived.
Appointments require a credit card to reserve space. Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to appointment, otherwise a 50% charge will be accessed to your credit card. No show appointments will warrant a 100% charge to your credit card.
