Salicylic Acid

Also known as BHA, this agent is used to give the skin a younger, smoother-looking appearance. They are very gentle, and have been shown to work effectively in very low concentrations. Salicylic Acid has a deep ability to dissolve oil and facilitate the clearing of the follicles. This action, in turn, increases skin cell turnover, resulting in a diminution of fine lines and acting as a weapon against blemishes.
